General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and 45bdt ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://45bdt.ws (the "Platform").

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The version of the Agreement in force at the time a transaction or wager is placed shall govern that transaction. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games and RNG titles, sports betting markets (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), promotional offers and bonuses, the account registration and management system, and all customer support interactions.

The Platform is operated in the English language. All formal communications, including account notices, bonus terms, withdrawal confirmations, and support correspondence, will be conducted in English. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

Account Eligibility & Registration

To register a 45bdt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated by the Company for any reason.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether initiated through 45bdt or any other operator.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. Where the Company identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other indicator — all such accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited without notice.

The Company reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any time. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by the Company may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or the closure of the account.

Account registration and use of the Platform is for personal recreational purposes only. Commercial use of the Platform, systematic exploitation of promotions, use of automated software (bots), or any form of arbitrage betting strategy is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 45bdt Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Company supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits: The current minimum deposit is ৳500. The current minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits are set at the account level and communicated to the Player via the cashier interface. The Company reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's gaming account within thirty (30) seconds of a successful mobile financial service transaction confirmation. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to fifteen (15) minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that includes verification of account standing and, where applicable, satisfaction of active wagering requirements. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to four (4) hours from the time the request is approved by the Company. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Currency and Conversion: All balances, stakes, and payouts are held and settled in Bangladeshi Taka. The Company does not apply currency conversion fees. Any fees charged by the Player's mobile financial service provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Prohibited Transactions: The following are prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Depositing funds from a payment method registered to another person.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a deposit after it has been credited to the gaming account.
• Using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment methods without genuine gaming activity.
• Submitting false or manipulated payment documentation.

Bonus Policy & Promotional Terms

From time to time, 45bdt offers bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds promotions, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools to eligible Players (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the Promotion is made available, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a Player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements may vary — for example, live casino table games and slots may carry different contribution percentages.

Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an outstanding wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited. The validity period for each Promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms and begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the account.

Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: If a Player requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is attached to their account and the associated wagering requirement has not been completed, the Company reserves the right to cancel the active bonus and associated bonus winnings before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.

Promotion Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are available to registered Players with verified accounts who have made at least one qualifying deposit. The Company reserves the right to exclude specific Players from any Promotion at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where previous bonus abuse has been identified.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a Promotion at the time of its discontinuation will have their participation honoured under the terms in force at the time of opt-in.

Game Fairness & Player Conduct

All casino games available through the 45bdt Platform — including slot games, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use random number generator (RNG) technology that has been tested and certified by independent third-party auditing bodies. The Company does not alter, adjust, or influence game outcomes in any manner once a game round has commenced. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the individual game studios and certified as accurate under the terms of their respective certifications.

Live casino games offered on the Platform are provided by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed studios. These games are operated under the studios' own regulatory certifications. By playing live casino titles, you additionally agree to comply with any applicable terms and conditions imposed by those studio operators.

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing bodies (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) or, where an official result is not available within a reasonable period, by the Company's trading team in accordance with documented settlement rules. Settlement decisions made by the Company's trading team are final.

Prohibited Player Conduct: The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error are void and will be cancelled.
• Collusion with other Players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms or guarantee outcomes.
• Match-fixing, insider knowledge betting, or any form of corruption involving sporting events listed on the Platform.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards support staff or other Platform users.

Disputed Outcomes: If a Player believes a game outcome has been settled incorrectly, they must notify the Company's support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round or event settling. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered. The Company will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a response within five (5) business days.

Account Suspension & Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the time period specified by the Company.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the Platform.
• Multi-accounting or impersonation of another individual.
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse.
• Use of the Platform by a person under the age of 18.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the 45bdt support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawals must be processed. The Company will action voluntary closure requests within two (2) business days of receipt.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. The Company will notify the Player at the email address on record prior to dormancy classification. An administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts. The Company will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player before applying any such fee.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

45bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered account holders and can be activated directly from the account dashboard at any time, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the loss limit is reached, further gaming activity is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure pop-up reminders at intervals of their choosing to inform them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary time-out period of between twenty-four (24) hours and six (6) weeks. During a time-out, the account cannot be used for any gaming activity. Time-outs cannot be reversed once initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected exclusion period.

The Company will not knowingly permit any Player who has activated a self-exclusion to continue using the Platform. Where a Player who has self-excluded attempts to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion by any other means, the Company reserves the right to close the new account and forfeit any balance.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 45bdt, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. The Company's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Platform Availability: The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party network disruptions, or any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or civil disturbances.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between a Player and the Company, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: The Player must first contact the 45bdt support team in writing via the live chat or email channel, setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the specific outcome the Player is seeking. The support team will acknowledge receipt within twenty-four (24) hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: The Company will conduct an internal review of the dispute and provide a written response within five (5) business days. Where a dispute involves a technical game outcome, the Company will obtain a transaction log from the relevant game studio to inform its response.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, they may request escalation to a senior member of the Company's management team. This escalated response will be provided within a further five (5) business days.

Governing Terms: These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Player and the Company with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
